Getting started
How do I create my first workspace?
Choose Personal, Business, or Merchant, finish onboarding, and PayMap will take you to the right dashboard.
Can I start for free?
Yes. Every workspace can start on a free plan without entering a credit card.
Can I change the appearance?
Yes. You can adjust templates, themes, sidebar settings, charts, and some layout options in Settings > Appearance.

How do I upgrade?
Open Billing or Pricing, choose the plan you want, and follow the checkout flow.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the billing center or customer portal, and access stays active until the current billing period ends.
Where can I see purchase history?
Open Billing to view purchase history and your current subscription status.

Do you sell my data?
No. PayMap does not sell personal data and only uses what is needed to provide the service.
Where are the Terms and Privacy pages?
You can open /terms, /privacy, or the /legal hub from the public navigation.
What happens when consent expires?
PayMap will ask you to accept the latest policy version before continuing in affected areas.
